Applicable where the referrer is responsible for introducing the purchaser (the “New Home Purchaser”) to Chelsea, the New Home Purchaser did not previously register at Chelsea, and the New Home Purchaser is a first-time purchaser at Chelsea. To be eligible, the Referral Registration Card must be completed in full and submitted by the New Home Purchaser upon their first visit to the Chelsea showhomes. The referrer and the New Home Purchaser will receive a cheque in the amount of $4,000 and $1,000, respectively, both payable within 60 days of the contract of purchase and sale between the New Home Purchaser and the Builder for the purchase and sale of the Chelsea home becoming firm and binding.
