Price
Chelsea offers affordable price points for first time buyers, plus a full range of sizes and layouts for homeowners looking to accommodate a large or growing family. You get more for your money in Chelsea with larger lot sizes than you would find in new Calgary communities – at a lower price point.
Northwest
Northwest Calgary is viewed as one of the most sought after quadrants due to it’s quick access to the mountains and the limited opportunities to buy a brand new home. This leads to higher prices and smaller lots. In Chelsea, you can be closer to downtown Calgary, enjoy a larger lot and still save $30,000 on your new laned or duplex home; no need to compromise.
Northeast
Northeast Calgary is the fastest growing quadrant of Calgary with the most new homes being built compared to any other quadrant. While it does have similar distances to most of Calgary’s major amenities, buyers will end up with a smaller lot for approximately $30,000 more.
South
South Calgary offers you and your family the largest amount of options in both product type and number of new communities; however, the new communities being built in this area are not only farther away from downtown Calgary and the airport, they cost up to $40,000 more.

Chelsea offers homeowners choice in Chestermere. We are the first to open laned showhomes in the City, offering a new product type and price point for residents. At Chelsea, homes start from $290’s for duplex homes, $320’s for the laned homes and $500’s for front drive homes.
More space
